Absolute trash. The app itself makes no sense. New Zealand designed by so.eone who can't even speak fluent English one can only assume . The only thing worse than the laughable app is the smart band itself. The heart rate monitor does not monitor anything and requires manual prompts. The time input parameters are insane. And get this. 7nless you sleep between 9pm and 10am it will not log your sleep. Heart rate monitor also gives readings below 60bpm EVERY TIME. Apparently I'm dead.

I have brought two now and have had nothing but problems with both to the point where couldnt see anything on the screen at all and to a certain point i am not a happy customer any advice be good as to what i can do i have all ready taken one back to get one the same to have the same problem i really think they all should be recalled and not be aloud to be sold ever heres my email for advice.so to other people can i ask what problems did have with this device like i having problems with mine.

Worst app and product ever. Unbelievably bad.

On E4004 Tells the time and the watch easily connects with phone. However, the heartbeat tracker and step counter are unreliable and very inaccurate. Also, while connected to phone, the app or watch will constantly disconnect any other Bluetooth connections, ie headphones and speaker. Good for the price, but would not recommend for anyone searching for a good watch to track fitness and health.

Purchased for the heart rate monitor but that doesn't work properly. And the led screen is unreadable and dull most of the time.

Doesn't track my sleep. Set it up to track my heart rate every 30 minutes but doesn't do it. The reminder works well. As it was a gift I can't say if it was worth the price paid.
