Awful! I have tried a million times putting the phone on and off all in vain. The connection keeps dropping every 2 seconds which means I can't access the app menu. I've tried everything the phone is instructing me to do to no avail. I'm extremely disappointed with this device especially because I just bought it a while ago and it won't work. How do I fix this mess? It's so frustrating. Thanks!

this is a review of this app in conjunction with the BLP 1800cm model watch. truly awful. Bluetooth connection between the phone and watch is constantly dropping. set up is horrendous and i am yet to get any information from the watch to the phone. i am about to give up and throw the watch into the back of a drawer and chalk it down as a wasted purchase. without prooer app support the watch is utterly useless

When I deny this app to reroute calls from phone to this app ,the app becomes useless for receiving notifications and disconnects everything even counting steps .bad move on my part for getting this piece of junk.
