This app doesn't stay connected with my Samsung account to track my activities... I have tried and tried to get it to connect and stay connected but it will not. Every once in a while it will connect but just for that day. Very frustrating!!! Thinking of uninstalling it. Y'all need to fix this!!

I use this app for work wellness points. It's always communicated well with my fitness devices. The only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 is due to having the occasional log in crash. Although, after closing and reopening it logs me in most always.

Very inconsistent. Many times I cannot log in. Type in my PIN and nothing happens, not even an error message. And there are days where I don't get points for the steps I took even though my device is connected.

Awful app. Sometimes I can't even sign on. After changing my password recently, it doesn't allow me to log on through the app. The app is not user friendly. It's not easy to navigate.
