The app isn't all its cracked up to be. It is NOT meant for online counseling (as you are provided a 30 min 'counselling' session, that can be done via chat or phone, once every 24-hour period.) Moreover the online counselors receive different training than in-person ones -- which may explain why conversations feel scripted, impersonal, and cold. Overall, the purpose of the app is to set you up with an ongoing counselor, for whom you have book an appointment with.

Korean translation is literally broken. It translates "Get support" into something like "You get support" (in English equivalent), "Complete" (as a verb) into "Complete" (as a adjective, in Korean, they have DIFFERENT spellings), ... I cannot even list them all, as there are so many broken translations.

Under UofT ISSP service, I had a very good experience for all of my counselling sessions for now.. they understood me and I feel much more connected whenever I am feeling depressed and lonely.. I feel like there are someone who truly care and wanted to help me out.. thank you very much ISSP counsellors.. I appreciate so much!!!! Much love, a UofT atudent.

This is my fourth time trying to talk to a "counsellor" on this app. 3/4 if those times that I managed to actually connect to one, they didn't respond after the first, "hello how can I help you?". Each time I wait no less than 30 minutes for a single response that doesn't come. 3 other times I've been told I'd be contacted when someone was available (during a time where things were too busy) but to recieve no notifications or anything despite being explicitly told that I would be called.

After I explained what I wanted to discuss via chat, I got connected to a counselor. After they introduced themselves, I tried to type a message and send it. Unfortunately, the send button stopped working, so it appeared as if I was typing non-stop. I had to log out of the chat, but I really wanted to speak with the counselor. Please fix your send button so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I'm getting the same "service is unavailable" message that others are when trying to search for my school name. I know my school is supported so this doesn't make sense. Definitely not getting the support I was promised.
