Clunky. Keeps asking for the same information over and over (name, email, etc.) Drops chat connection (in the middle of important matters, of course). Then can't connect again.

The app is very confusing, not user friendly at all. The counsellors are very kind and helpful however the app itself and access to the services provided is hard to navigate and understand.

Was unable to get past registration. I followed all directions and it gives me an "invalid post" error when I attempt to finalize.

Challenging to actually get set up. I kept entering my e-mail address to register and got a useless "POST ERROR" message. After several attempts it worked, but it did not accept my password. Again after many attempts it appeared to work. I kept trying to log in but my password was not accepted. It did not tell me that I first needed to check my e-mail to verify the account. I did this and the app finally let me in. I clicked on "My Services" and got a blank page. Every time I log in a get an error that says "UNABLE TO VALIDATE VERSION". It has asked me about push notification enabling twice.

Eap itself is excellent, both my husband and I used Eap. The app and chat room not so great. My husband did use the on line chat app at work becsuse he was in crisis and could not speak out loud do to clients. He reported he kept getting drop.

After filling out all the personal information to start a chat, the agent had to ask for this in the chat again anyway and then it was disconnected and i had to start over. Seems buggy. Also the aesthetics of the app itself are either very dated or very low quality? It is not intuitive to use and when trying to book a service the only self serve options through the app are online.
