App will not let me log in from my Android/ Pixel phone. It takes me back to log in page without erroring out. Please fix this. I can sign into website no problem. I complained over a month ago. Changing my password did not solve it. Reloading app did not solve it.

I actually downloaded the app to get my Covid Vaccine. I ended up really enjoying the service at the One Medical office in Beaverton, Oregon so much that I booked an appt the next month for birth control. It is easy to book on the app, read through documents if needed, cancel the appointment, reschedule, there's notification for reminders of your appointment day(s) ahead of time. I will also get an email and text message if I want. Super useful, and easy to use!

Prefer this over teldoc. If you switch providers you can just update your account with a new sponsor code. Telodoc you have to create a new account and lose access to your medical history. My virtual provider was awesome and put a prescription to my pharmacy.

They bill me $380 for a 15 min call for minor symptoms (eczema). I asked for explanations and breakdown but the team doesn't reply to messages within 3 biz day as promised. I can find a person to call or ways to appeal. I feel like the service is designed intentionally to let you make uninformed appointments / decisions and hiding billing information. I didn't notice that I was billed outrageously until I received a bill in mail close to the due date. it's very hot or miss. Ask and be careful.

The app and the service are amazing. I tried one medical after being put on the wait list to find a GP! With one medical I could go the next day and it's really close to my house. Walk in lab work is amazing too.

It's only a wrapper around Chrome, and one that won't let me log in with my known good password. I'll just open the site with Chrome directly.
