Weird. Last year when I bought this monitor, I could never get the app to work. I see everyone is still complaining about that issue, so I thought that I would give it a shot again to see if it was still terrible and it paired and transferred data on the first try. Only 3 stars though because the app doesn't really have a lot of features and because so many people are still not able to pair the device.

App still gets stuck trying to sync with my Omron 10 series BP machine unless I re-pair each and every time. Idk what these latest bug fixes were, but they did nothing for me. You shouldn't have to fight with an app after dumping $100 on their machine. I expected much better from an "industry leader." My biggest is giving this company too many chances instead of just returning the worthless device for a refund

I haven't really had issues with this app. When I first tried to connect it said no readings. Almost like it deleted everything I had before. So I took a new reading and bam it transferred right over. And now anytime I take one it transferred on it's own. Really easy.

Works Flawlessly [ After reading negative reviews, I hesitated to install it. Connected to my Omron BP786N without a problem. Been using for two weeks without a hitch. App encourages me to monitor my blood pressure more often as it is so easy to use. App gives great info through excellent interface. Samsung S9 Androis 8.0

Total scam and fraud. App and monitor work fantastic when I first received it a few years back. After a certain app update it unpaired itself and will not connect again even after a few so called updates. Well it seems the company wants you to pay for a new monitor and app. Folks please contact your State Attorney General and report this immediately. Oh btw folks remove the batteries because the monitors bluetooth remains on even with the monitor off and that's because of that certain update

As everyone else has stated, app is terrible. It states there are no new readings even though you are trying to update the readings you just took 2 minutes before. Actual BP monitor is fine, but app is not worth loading onto your phone until they've fixed all the issues.
