Sooo..the moves are good to incorporate in structured circuits but the # of reps would take the avg person w/ zero to low fitness about 3 hrs or more with potential injury afterward. Meal plan is..needs work. It's free and cheap but come on, not including healthy fats neglects reproductive health, brain power & fat is needed to burn fat. Some are 'fat burning' foods but is imbalanced w/out the actual fat. Oatmeal is not a thing to have everyday. This diet requires many tears at night.

Only just started but very easy to follow and meal plan and workouts together for free is very worth it. Meal plan is quite boring but I guess, it's for rapid weight loss. Workouts are easy to follow and ticking off days is motivating. No results yet
