It was difficult to get it to connect initially, then it worked fine for a few weeks but then would not pair with the app. No support network! Very poor. I've since uninstalled the app and disconnected the watch and started all over again it still had my info when I installed the app again. Was ok for a while then stopped recording my sleep and exercise. So repeated the whole excercise. I've had to do this several times.

Does not connect to my app and keeps disconnecting eith bluetooth. I returned it and bought the Samsung watch for my bday

Having horrendous problems with it, over xmas it told me my heart beat was over 200 bpm, then said goodbye wouldnt record any steps that i was taking, the high bmp were when i was walking on the flat. Sleeping it records but its not accurate. Have given up trying to get it to connect to phone, and in the process of sending it back 😀

I haven't given any stars because it is rubbish stopped pairing with my phone after 2 days. Taking it back to the shop.
