Even the pro version only allows 5 repetitions. I expected it would have a timer e.g. for 15 min until you sleep

Unfortunately, this app has a voice counting down the numbers for you as you are breathing and supposed to be relaxing. Many of the other free apps have either nice tones, or you just follow a dot progressing over a graph. The notification reminder feature is nice. All that said, I would like a refund. I don't know if that's possible.

Awesome app, like the fact u can change the ratio I use 3-7-8. Potential to do more with this app a) increase frequency of breaths b) add a timer c) add some background music......would make it the best meditation app out there.

About this app

Dr. Andrew Weil, a Harvard trained medical doctor with a focus on holistic health, believes getting the best sleep ever is as simple as breathing in and breathing out.

Usually the insomnia caused by stress. During times of stress, the nervous system becomes over stimulated leading to an imbalance that can cause a lack of sleep. Dubbed the 4-7-8 breathing technique, the method is described as a 'natural tranquiliser for the nervous system' helping to reduce tension in the body.

The truth behind Weil’s 4-7-8 exercise is it takes practicing this twice a day over two months to perfect the technique until you can truly fall asleep in a minute. Once you’ve mastered it, it will become more and more effective and even help you deal with anxiety and stress in your life. Soon, going to bed will be as simple as taking a deep breath.

"Breathwork" help you relieve tension and stress everyday and escape from insomnia, improve the quality of life.
