Works fine while on nutrisyatem program. Scanning barcodes works really well. Good for 30 days of logging nutrisyatem items. Can't make heads or tails of the food category colors when I move to the Success step though. PF (dairy, nuts) and SC (fruit) make sense with the printed guide. Can't google or find documentation on what the pink, white, orange, purple, etc food categories mean. Not useful when you're done with the nutrisystem program. 5/5 while using nutrisystem. 1/5 afterwards.

I am very happy I chose to download this app. It has given me a tremendous amount of help in my journey to obtain my weight loss goal. One of the best things I learned was it takes more time than expected to avoid over eating. This app has me definitely convinced I will obtain my weight loss goal this year.

Live chat doesnt work at all. Now all it really does is link a bunch of articles and let you calorie count, which seems inaccurate. Would really love to use the live chat feature but regardless of when or how, it always fails to connect.

Wont work! Have to shut off my phone and turn back everytine I want to chart what I ate and activities I've done! Trying to re-download it now and it won't download! Sick to death of this app! I figured put the problem! The app works great now !

Because this app is geared specifically for Nutrisystem it makes tracking food incredibly easy. I am handicapped and cannot use the activity portion of the software so I cannot speak for that. What I would like to propose for future development is the ability to print out more things in the log area would like to be able to print out what I've eaten over the last few months to be able to review with my nurse practitioner or dietitian or even my physician, also filter and print graphs thanks.

Starting plan over again, and shocked to see app STILL not working. Not sure why I keep trying ... Nutrisystem should know, failures like this make ir a lot easier for people to deviate from the plan and fail. The worst app ever. By now, any other company would have addressed any issues that were severe impediments to customers' success. Hopefully the web based portal will work on my desktop still, because all mobile elements are garbage.
