Useless App and Support. No way of adding your membership number. Phone support was rude and told me I shouldn't have installed the app from the store but used a link that they sent by e-mail. Which I don't remember getting. (And I've searched for). A week after contacting support, my account still isn't working on it. Uninstalling the waste of resources!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Started using the app when they opened the gym over a month ago. It's very easy to use, calendar works fine. I can see all the classes booked, if class is full you can see how many people are in the waiting list. For classes where I have signed to the waiting list I have been lucky that always got a spot (they notify you early on the same day of the class if a spot has become available, so you do need to go in and check). I also receive an email confirming each booking.

App is useless. I set up an account as I thought I could use it to book lane swimming. From reading other reviews, I think the option for swimming is not on the app. When I sign in with my E-mail address and password, I just get a message saying "Sorry, you do not have an active gym membership". I have been a member of Greens/Nuffield since 2000 (20 years). I sometimes get a white screen when loading app. Please fix. Uninstalling.

Been going round in circles with this app. I gave them my details at the gym. I set up an online account via email but if you use this app it keeps telling me im not a member. Its clearly broken. I'd you read the reviews other people are having the same problem. Please fix it!

The app doesnt work for me, I cant log in on it and then the one time out of about 15 that it let me log in it just took me to the website where there was nothing to allow me to book in a swim. Really poor app and not really supported by the staff at the gym.

I've uninstalled the app after it refused to work saying "unauthorised". I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same issue and I'm unable to use. Nuffield: sort the issue out!
