when the app works, its great. think the biggest issue is the location feature. for instance, in the atlanta airport wouldnt show all the pods. eventually with enough finagling it showed the pod in need and was to unlock it and use it. pod itself is decent , two benches and a small trashcan. second time through atlanta on the return trip, I couldnt get it to show any of the pods and was unsuable. find the same problem when just searching for lactation spots, as the app doesnt locate you.

It's a nice concept but in reality wasn't so helpful. We used the location at Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium. It was such a hassel to wait for the app to download with a fussy baby who was ready to eat. I didn't like having to pair my phone with the pod through Bluetooth. There was an option to find a zookeeper to get the code but it's not always easy to track one down. Once we finally got in, the pod was poorly weatherproofed and we had to clear away spiders and ants before I could feed.

Saw this pod at the aquarium we went to and thought it was a cool idea! I didn't need the pod, but was able to access it with ease there. I wanted to gain more information and see where other pods are located just in case I need one in the future. Unfortunately, after downloading the app, I can't even create an account because it won't pull my keyboard up. Highly suggest getting that bug fixed so that the pods can be fully accessible!

Nice idea, but to use the pumping stations you need a working charged smartphone which you don't necessarily have with you during international flights. Impossible to find the info about the room without the app. You run around during the short layover, finally find the booth, but then you have to spend time on downloading the app (!!!) and making it work (location in JFK doesn't, by the way). And imagine that you don't have a phone because your flight is international 😭

Best idea ever. I love this as a nursing mom. This was the first time I traveled without my baby and I was able to use them to pump comfortable and easily. Only suggestion maybe post on the door that you need to be outside the pod to first download the app to be able to control the air and lights. I was already in the pod and couldn't do that because it said the pod was already in use. Fabulous idea though!!

I was looking for a place to pump and someone pointed me to a pod. So glad it was in my location. That is how I found out about Mamava. It was a good experience. It was clean, just about enough room for a car seat and a stroller put away, pump, and diaper bag. I just didn't like that the app doesn't show the option to control the lights and air speed just like the pod said I could. (Make sure to turn Bluetooth ON, that's why I had this problem. THANKS!
