Awful, like others stated months ago, there is an issue with the apps coding. Says I am not connected to internet and can not even log in, ever; even while clearly connected to internet. If one needed more evidence that insurance companies do not care about user experience, or care about users/members at all, just need to look at how long this has been an issue for users without a response or attempt to solve. Thanks for nothing, and I'm sure there will be no change forthcoming. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Can't even log on to the damn thing! No matter what I do or what wifi or network I connect to it tells me there's no internet connection. This is absolutely USELESS.

Not able to log in. It says no internet connection when I indeed have connection. I used to use it a lot in the past and haven't use it for a while. Now that I need it, it's not working. What's going on? I'll keep the low rating until issue is resolved.

I'd give it a zero if I could. The app doesn't allow me to log in and says there is a problem with my internet connection. Seems this is a common issue.

As already described by other people, once logged in, it says there is no internet connection and I can't go any further....if this app is a reflection of how they are as a healthcare provider then we are in deep trouble because my company just joined.
