This app is perfect! It's simple in the best way, small size, and it's not all cluttered and bloated like a lot of apps. It's just exactly what you need to track your fasts. You can also track your weight if you want. It has easy to read graphs that show and compare your fasts, their times and length, and weight changes.

Does what I need without any extraneous features. All I wanted was to push a button to start my fast, set how long I want to fast, and get a reminder when it's time to eat. The reminder is especially important for me because I will just forget to eat and end up fasting longer than intended. Good job.

This does everything I need it to without a lot of unnecessary junk. Wish it had a widget so I can see my fast time on my home screen though. I particularly enjoy the ability to edit fast times as I often forget to start it when I stop my eating for the day.

Excellent app, this is the most straight forward fast tracking app i have found, no ridiculous requirement to open an account and sync your stats. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the target fasting hours as some people do fasts in excess of 100 plus hours.

Super simple and sleek app makes it easier than ever to track fasting and weight over time! The simplicity is a plus rather than a downfall in my opinion - much better than the other apps constantly haranguing you about buying their monthly memberships for trainer tips and whatnot.

Night Fast is a simple and beautifully designed fasting tracker. Simply select your fasting window and begin! Check your progress throughout, get a notification when your fast is complete and your fast history will automatically be saved to your device. View information on your best fasting streaks and times and compare your actual fast times with your targets. Fasted for a day but forgot to log it? No problem! You can also add in fasts from the past. Additionally, keep track of how your fasts are affecting your weight with the weight tracker! Add your goal weight, view your weight history and check the graph to see your progress.
