I've been practicing yoga for 6 years..... I love these exercises' for a great morning wakeup! Two suggestions, when running a sequence, put a 5 or 10 second break between exercises to allow the student to get into position. Also on a couple of video shots the instructor moves out of the frame. other than these minor glitches, over all it is very good.

Looks promising in terms of exercises but crashes whenever I try to access statistics. Also, the English translation is amateurish, and the bad grammar is a little jarring. Could have done with a little more quality control before publishing.

Best one available I consulted with my orthopedic Dr he recommended me same set of exercise for my everlasting back pain and believe me this application has done miracle for me. Keep up the good work. Cheers:-)
