About this app

This is an application developed for the S3 (Stroke Support Station) by Dr. Melvyn Zhang, Dr. Roger Ho & Dr Leonard Yeo. The aim of this application is to:

1. Provide care-givers of stroke patients with necessary care-giving information
2. Provide links to relevant videos about mindfulness based therapy to aid in the mental health well-being of care-givers (Please note that the access to mindfulness based therapy would require subscription to S3 via http://strokesupportstation.org.sg)
3. S3 Podcast about Care-giving and Carers' Well-being
4. Enabling Care-givers to keep track of their mental health well-being using validated questionnaires.

The information within this application has been derived from the National Healthcare Group Stroke Resource manual and the materials are copyrighted to the National Healthcare Group.
