This would be a better app if it was searchable or somehow sorted. For example, I really want to work on my hip flexors but there's no way to find poses specifically for that without just scrolling through chapters that aren't cohesive. As it is, it's more or less just a book which is great since it's free, but if you're looking for an intuitive app, this isn't it.

I actually ended up buying the book and it's the most detailed book on asanas I know to exist. Theres always the idiosyncrasies in the opening introductions of yoga books about the origins and dates of subjects like the sutras and the gita, the aryan invasion in the indus valley and ect. It's a really enlightening guide to yoga asana and few words are needed. Thanks for making this information public and free, you developers are really good people in my eyes for this alone. Srew the greedy ॐ

The book is really good and is definitely quite informative & helpful for those who are looking for a good book on yoga! I was a bit sceptical about the negetive reviews. However at least for me, not too many apps are bothering. So it's actually bearable and absolutely acceptable for a free app. Team has done a great job to assemble all things in one place. 👍🏻

It is basically the book for free if you're willing to watch a bunch of ads . The app is unfortunately poorly designed and not intuitive. There is not even a search function.
