This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyNeuron on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Worst app in the industry. I was already registered last year but cannot login now. The password reset option doesn't work, and i can not register again because my profile exists in the database. There is no option on the app to contact online support.

My reviews for the app not for insurance company.. The app is useful as i can check my status and all members under my name as id number and benefits. Search for network is good and I can see what coverage with details for what i need and navigate to the location. One thing i need to see it in application as they already add location for all of there support networks i just wana see Google map and all network in the map so i can see what near me

The notification section keeps on hanging up and we cannot open the messages.

Your mobile is not helpful. I cannot access the details of the tests being ask by the doctor. The mobile app is very slow and kept on crushing and time consuming. No one bothered to answer queries. Chatbot almost useless and not helpful. Ive also read a lot of complaints regarding your update. When you update something must be resolved not make things get worser compared to your old app version which worst as well.
