It used to actually do automatic therapy sessions based on the setting you put it on. It no longer does no matter what setting I put on for therapy. It only responds to manual settings through the app. This is incredibly frustrating Because I don't remember to run it and so I'm lucky to have it 3x a day. I used to have it on the Hugh setting where it was 60 minutes on and 30 off. It no longer does that even though I have it set to the right setting. No updates available.

This app works very well with the Quell 2.0 device. I've used it since Nov 2019 without experiencing a single crash. It's a very user friendly app made to work with a well designed device.

Helps with my back pain and hip. When I was working I walked alot and the pain would kick in so I would put my Quell on and get some relief. I am happy that I found it and was able to buy it.

I love the tracking. I wish there was a calendar option to indicate when the electrodes are installed.

I am rating the app here, not the Quell device itself. It's getting a low rating from me for several reasons. First, it crashes, alot. I have just had to uninstall and reinstall the app for the 5th time and I've only been using it for 4 months. I've lost count of how many times it has caused me to restart my phone. Second, the device will frequently become detached from the electrode, but the app does NOT notify you when this happens. Such a notification would be extremely useful.

The app *does* pair with the device, and the device *does* help somewhat with my chronic pain, but there are no widgets to quickly toggle sessions on/off or control intensity during sessions. There's not even a sticky icon for the status bar or pull down menu, so you have to keep the app on your home screen to access any controls for the device. It just seems to me like for a tech device in 2019, these usability features would be no-brainers. AITA?
