Not able to connect to NetSupport Tutor

As a year 6 Teaching Assistant, I often use Netsupport School to monitor two classrooms during lessons. This app will allow me to do this more easily from my Android tablet. Thanks Netsupport.

Do i need to install anything on the student's pcs something like student version and one more question can i use this software to monitor student's tablets as well instead of pcs?????????

We use NetSupport School and have done for years. It ticks every box for classroom management and this latest update with the mobile app teacher's assistant is the icing on the cake. Brilliant :)
