The app always freezes, it never loads. It gets stuck on a purple screen with no words or it gets stuck on the 2nd page with the logo and I paid for the subscription! I also paid for the watch to automatically record my temperature. What a waste of time and money! When I contacted customer service chat, it said I needed the latest version 5.1.9 but that's the version the I'm using.

I have been using the app for over 3yrs. I pay £49.99 for a year and it is well worth it! The app allows me to synch my Oura ring which I have been using for over a year. I can allow my partner to view my data from their own account that connects with mine. The app gives insight to my current cycle based on both previous cycles and my current cycle. If paying for the subscription is not something you are willing to do then use a pen&paper to track it yourself. Don't rate an app you don't use!!!

I've been using this app for about 3/4 years now and I love it! There are definitely kinks with the new Bluetooth thermometer. I've had to have one replaced and it seems like every time I do a firmware update it stops working. I factory reset it pretty often. BUT that thermometer isn't necessary it's just a nice-to-have. Manually entering the data works perfectly it's just a little extra work. Love the educational resources as well as the actual product.

Absolutely nothing about this app is free. It's $14.99/mo or $100+/year. You can't see any of the app or its functions to decide if it's for you. You can trial for a month, but after that you're getting billed for the whole year. You can't trial and then do monthly. You also apparently have to use their brand thermometer ($39 if u dont want to pay for a year subscription) or the ring ($259).

App isn't free. I was excited that this app would sync with my Oura ring. Not for $10-15 a month.... You're also forced to create an account with them BEFORE they take you to the subscription screen. Would have been nice to know there was a cost first and foremost, I wouldn't have even wasted my time downloading or signing up .... I understand apps cost money to run well, but sheesh, seems a bit steep for what you get

My wife uses this app and it has been pretty good so far, when she remembers to take her temperature first thing in the morning. However, it would simplify and make things a lot easier if she could use her pixel watch 2 (it has a temperature sensor) for measurements overnight. That would be a new feature I'm sure many people would appreciate for convenience. Any plans for that moving forward by chance?
