The old version is better, in that, this new version has no settings to plug in your goals, height nor weight. Has no timer sound to let you know when to stop, rest then move on to the next exercise. Try Again & Do Better.

These exercises look easy but once you start they will make you sweat. Great app, much appreciated for the effort you put into this app.

I am 69 from South Africa and have been using this app for more than a year and have regained a lot op move ability. I have recommended this to everybody that cares to listen. I couldn't squat, I can now, I couldn't work with a bent back, I can now and not for 10 min more than half a day. And if my back should ache I just do a few of the back exercises. This is the best thing since chocolate. I plan to ride an Endurance ride of 204km over 3 days, called Fauresmith. And a lot more for 2020. 👍👍

Restore the old version of this app. This updated version cannot be compared with the original version . It doesn't have voice to prompt when an exercise is completed. The graphics is so annoying

awesome app. but you need to give us setting like we can set limit for push ups like instead of 30 sec. we set limit of 15 push up . so we can creat set of exercise.
