Staying consistent with this app is the best thing I could have done for myself pre pregnancy and during. I feel amazing compared to my first pregnancy. Any back pain has been controlled by maintaining consistency and going through the recovery routines. Everyone in pregnancy or thinking about becoming pregnant should do this app. it's worth the time, the low cost and the commitment. 100/10. I love this app!! The Ab rehab is also amazing post pregnancy!

The variety of workouts and meal plan recommendations cover the full range for preparing for pregnancy while Trying to Conceive (TTC), specifics for each trimester, 4th trimester recovery and on into Motherhood. The workouts are thorough, provide variety in workout type and length, require minimal equipment, and are easy to follow. The instructors are knowledgeable and engaging. The app interface is intuitive and easy to use. The content is great, user friendly, and I highly recommend this app.

Great content and exercises. Exercises are hard but not impossible to follow (even at the beginner level), and the video helps because she is always reminding you to engage your muscles and correct your posture. It has weekly schedule, several exercises, and a diet to follow (with grocery list for it so you don't have to figure it out by yourself). Yeah it is paid, as everything in life, so get over it!

I appricate and honestely am mind blown by the level of intelentence of this program. My body is not as it use to be. The computer for work, the couch, and walking dogs is about my life now. However their on-boarding is very clear for your needs of where to start based off of past experience. They teach you how to read your body on when to scale back along with breathing and cardio for labor training. You can do your own thing or follow a program. With so many options, it is hard to get bored.

Expensive for a mediocre app. Super annoying to navigate, isn't very user friendly and the mic that is used for most of the videos is SO raspy and annoying, its not eve clear. I can't imagine how they looked over the videos and reviewed the audio and thought "yep this sounds good". The music added to the workouts isn't added well either, it's s like annoying background music. I wanted to like it but there are so many free videos on YouTube etc that give you the same info and aren't annoying.

Love this app and program! It's so well put together. I've been following the MYB program by Nancy Anderson since before I got pregnant last year, and the app has made it even better and easier to follow. The workout programming is on point. You can do the majority of it at home with minimal (or no) equipment. I'm on the 4th trimester / pregnancy recovery phase right now and I'm obsessed! I love that it includes ab rehab and c-section recovery plans. Probably the most valuable app I use!
