A lot of improvement needed to boost the app to work more faster and more efficient. I had to visit the pharmacy to buy whatever I wanted as the app completely let me down. However, I cannot therefore conclude that every thing was bad, no, the offers given were extremely nice and much appreciated. I just wish you can create a WhatsApp group whereby we can be in a position to see whatever promotion is given out at a convenient time.

I hope Nahdi IT DEpartment will solve the issue. After recent Update of Nahdi app , This app isnt running with Mobile data. Im one of Your staff. So i would like to inform , due to this Issue my Pharmacy store isnt receiving More online orders. This issue i face my self. I tried with my friends and Other relative mobile . When Mobile data is on App doesnt work. If mobile is connected with wifi app run smoothly. Please its a serious issue.. it affects on our daily sale. thanks.🙏

Same delivery very convenient. Some frustrations with booking proces. Discounted item showing at higher price in basket. Continually declining card for no reason so I could not avail the sabb 15%offer. But I will try and use again for convenience.

so far so good. the discount code doesn't work on certain products. at least you get to know products prices and availability. store pickup or delivery makes life easier.

Nahdi have now cancelled my orders 3 times without any explanation and they did not even tell me, they just did not come! Very bad service!! I will search for a new pharmacy to order from and remove your app!
