Fraudulent, horrible service. Several hundred down the drain in the first month and never even got to meet with a therapist in all that time.

This company had scammed me. They are not a real company they took 260 bucks from me and my bank cannot do anything about it I need everyone to repost this in every single media social outlet that they can,like your personal blog, Mental health papers, your psychiatrist or counselors and anybody who who would use this. Do not delay they take your money right away. I have been in contact with Google because it is in the Playstore. Don't let anyone else fall victim of this.I have a mental health condition that has stages to it's severity I have time in these stages that I have control and I use coping mechanisms to manage the symptoms, with support from a professional I can manage the elevated symptoms, if they become more severe I have to be admitted through the ER. I had been researching a in-person therapist to continue with therapy as I need it permanently.The online services was a good fit as I can contact them when I need them at anytime it's fast and convenient, which is what their service claims. That is a complete lie, the therapist would disappear for two or three days and when I finally did receive a response she said she couldn't help me and would look into through and find someone else, she disappeared, the very next day they stole 260 bucks and she didn't come back until I came on and told her I needed a refund. I was in a moderate mental state but it was rising, I wasn't in crisis just yet, speaking to a professional would have regulated me and I would have had more time to get an in-person therapist. It was supposed to be a buffer for me, since they charged my account before the trial period ended I have to wait until next month, I will most likely check into the ER in the next couple weeks, I am manic and having other symptoms, these evil criminals have not only stolen my money they have potentially endangered my health and life, I have safety systems in place, a therapist is in that system the ER is the only option next, loss of job and time. Help me help others not fall victim to this.
