APP IS UNUSABLE I have zero issue with Title Boxing as a company. I love the workouts. The app is horrible. It's glitchy, it always crashes, and I just feel like a lot of useful features are missing entirely. There SHOULD be a way to view and track your class credits to see how many you have. If there IS a feature like this, I can't see it because the app always crashes.

Workouts are great, old app was awesome. New app doesn't transfer anything saved, rated or reviewed from the old app which sucks and I am having constant log in issues with the new app. I haven't been able to watch a single video in a week because of all the errors and reached out to title multiple times and only heard back once which was a failed attempt at "resetting my password". I'm hoping something changes ASAP, I am paying for a membership I can't even use at this point.

Which dev made the design decision to automatically add the appointment to my calendar without allowing me to review it? Nor only that, you've apparently decided to add appointments to my Samsung calendar (which I do not use) instead of my Google calendar (which I use exclusively). You've absolutely ruined what was otherwise a perfectly functional feature.

The classes (coaches, studio...) are AMAZING, but the app never works. Example, I can never see how many classes I have since it always says "service unavailable". Local studio says corporate is aware, but nothing has been done to fix it. Agree with the other reviews that the simplicity of the old app was better.

The app does not keep me logged in. Every time I log in I need to reset pw. I reset my pw, logged in, hit back arrow and it logged me out. Then i entered same pw and it still made me reset my pw. And it doesn't actually make me do full reset, just send the reset link and then i can log in from that page with the same pw once I've selected my club. 2 stars b.c once logged in, app is easy to use but could use more features. I like the clubs.

Sometimes it takes 2 seconds to load, but I grew up with dial up so no complaints. Runs great, easy to navigate.
