Seriously, how do you sign-up to log-in...bought the products, need the app to chart progress

They say you need a code to login and they never contact you after you register and request the code. I requested a code over a week ago and still nothing. Tried it two times, and nothing. Yes, I checked my spam/junk folder. Useless product unless you can log in. FAIL!!

This app is a waste of time I tried twice I downloaded the app and couldn't log in! I was so frustrated that I deleted the app! Then after a couple of months I tried again only to experience the same issue! I deleted the app again! This is so frustrating! Why bother to have a app that doesn't work at all it doesn't make sense!

Couldn't even register to use the app as it won't let you register unless you live in America. It gives you the option of other countries, but state is mandatory and there are only American states.
