You're meant to be matched with a therapist and have an initial assessment. Only, my initial assessment showed the therapist was not suitable. They said themselves they were not suitable and they'd ask someone else to take over the case. Contacted the help and they had no knowledge of any of this. The therapist is also very rude and there's been no offer of refund or explanation as to why my case is not allowed to follow their procedures

They should rename this 'My Endless Waiting Room' . It's been two weeks and they don't have a psychologist available to deal with bog standard anxiety. It's not like I'm asking for someone who specialises in something obscure. I've been on a messaging service with countless admin staff and all I get is a "we're still looking but nobody is available".

This app looks great and really helpful for those who need it. But the costs are just too much, it excludes and marginalises those with little money. When most have no access to NHS offerings and no money for private this app offers false hope. Make the costs more obvious before people sign up. Going through emotional questions and 'connecting' with a therapist to then find out that it's like £49 for half an hour!?

Waaaaay to expensive. £99 per 50 minutes is ridiculous money. Don't waste your time. Look online at approved registers. You can get someone as qualified as people on this app for £70 per 60 minutes. Furthermore the app or my therpaists camera/ sound quality was terrible. I couldn't hear or see my therapist but then I contacted family after and it was fine. Good idea but not worth it at all.

The app in itself is good, and the price is certainly cheaper than a traditional therapist, but still too expensive for me I'm afraid. I think £50 for 30 minutes and £100 for 50 minutes is a bit of a scam. I had three sessions with my therapist, and had to stop because she was very slow and we still hadn't made any progress and I felt like I was losing my money... Not a great therapist either in my opinion, compared to others I talked to in the past. I didn't really feel understood, or heard.

I am just using the learning resourses so far and they seem good. The option of seeing or texting an actual therapist from this app is a really accessable way of receiving therapy.
