Bluetooth disconnects and resets sometimes. observing this closely in case it's the electrode contact or possibly an issue with my cell phone . going to run Bluetooth diagnostics. upside if the Bluetooth disconnects - I do more training than usual to get my daily goal. still annoying tho. in a very fixed, relaxed way. if that makes any sense.

Completely doing this daily is molding my subconscience and I don't know really how because I am not able to consciously bend my lo-beta and theta brain waves, but I just had extreme MS issues and when I have high theta, that is the MS poking back out. This is honestly not CHEAP to have the $200 Muse headset and the electrode (golden wire on my scull) (the service is a therapist observation) but it has honestly been extremely helpful!

Makes neurofeedback more affordable and accessible than ever before. (Note that you have to buy access to the program through their website). The app's not perfect but it sure beats having to go to a clinic every time or try to figure out how to place a huge number of goopy electrodes every time.

Great way to get a handle on you own mind manipulation and seeing results helps alot along the way. Finding abilities I didn't have before. May not be moving things yet but have been able to use it in conjunction with manifestation techniques to fairly great gain. Slowly turning the ADHD to work for me instead of against. The laser like focus and the ability to tell where inside the mind after a few visualizations where mind is reacting is worthy in its own right to explore further.

Training at home is a gamechanger for me, both price-wise and due to being an anxious homebody However, my electrode attachment recently suffered some damage, resulting in the app having to recalibrate 4-10 tome on a session - not that big a deal, except the app makes a loud tone out of the speaker each time, regardless of if my headphone are plugged in, or what my volume is set to. Makes it really hard to stay relaxed!

myndlift has helped me in feeling more focused relaxed think better!! i would definetly encourage everyone to try it i want to get one for my kids also... it helps me in alot of ways and im already an adult imagine my children would grow up and kbow how to manage there mind and life...
