MyMed is a personal medical record app that offers you to store your medical data, you can also store your family health records, either your kids or your parents data.

MyMed almost contains all the needed screens to store the various medical data. It contains:
- Family history store family medical history relevant to the patient
- Temperature, Height, weight, to track the measurements with graphical chart
- you can store vaccines, allergies, blood pressure, blood glucose, oxygen saturation.
- Through the Examination screen, you may store the symptoms and diagnosis.
- Detailed screen for storing and taking medications
- there are modules for storing the data of lab tests, radiologies, surgeries, and pathologies
- There is a note screen that you may use for recording notes.
- The app enables you to attach documents, export reports and charts, and send them to your doctor.
- Appointment screen to record appointments with your doctors.
- You can take a backup of the data and restore them when needed
