This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyKelsey on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

I find using the app easy. Only 2 minor issues I can see from giving it 5 stars: 1. If I complete the eCheck-in, I shouldn't need to re-check and re-verify my info at the front desk. 2. I understand the app has sensitive medical information, but if I'm logged in, I should be able to take screenshots in the app.

great for just about anything health related, viewing and making appts, aftercare info, video Dr. appointments. Doctor's are only moments away, without waiting, in crowded germ filled rooms... Connect to Dr. on Any kind of device, notebook-phone-laptop etc: absolutely recommend this convenient app...

I can't get this app to work on my chromebook. It stalls and closes every single time - it lets me log in and then crashes. On my phone it has audio issues. How am I supposed to do a televisit if the app coesn't work?!?!? I've sent crash reports and never heard back from anyone. Does no one even try to fix this?

Had a little trouble setting up. But got to with Kelsey's help line. The Dr came on a little early while I ran to use the restroom before our set appointment time. Everything went well when we both finally caught each other. Quick and easy communication.
