App is nice since it automatically syncs with my fitbit to track steps. But the rewards are so infrequent and usually sold out. And I think the new version rewards section is broken. I haven't been able to redeem a reward for a gift card since January. It says every 30 to 60 days. I'm well past that and with enough points. Even when I log on at the time when it refreshes every day, everything is still not available.

Used to be okay. I could get a gift card every once in awhile for tracking my fitness activities, which I was doing anyway. Yes, the cards were only $5, and it was frustrating trying to log on at the right time to claim one, but I could usually manage after a few tries. The new auction system is trash. Absolute trash. The lowest winning bids are more than double what the cards used to cost, and they're still only $5. Nope. Once I manage to "win" an auction and cash out, I'm done.

This app used to be decent -- you had the opportunity to get either a $10 Amazon card or a $5 one, both for the same points, depending on how quickly you could get in and claim it after they were made available. Then they took away the $10 option altogether so it's 20k points for $5... and now that's only occasionally that you can claim that, no matter how many points you get. I logged in today and it's not even an option to claim the $5 one now, only to enter a "contest" for a gift card.

This is a nice, simple, and we'll rounded health app! It focuses on users overall health, not just physical. I only use the free version and it's great, so I assume the paid option would be even better! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who might not be in the best shape/mental space and is looking for a way to ease into changing their habits. But it does still have features that even more experienced users may find interesting/helpful!

This is definitely a step down from Carrot, especially the original one. The aesthetics are nice, except for the geometric diamond that represents points - ew. Carrot already kind of lost me when it downgraded accrual rate, but now it's even further reduced and the rewards are anemic. Also, I much preferred the syncing of points to a chosen loyalty program rather than manual redemption. Still get 2 stars for being free and a well-designed up. Edit: 9000 gems = 1 dollar. Absolutely brutal

Customer service is impeccable! I had an issue with my garmin not connecting correctly to the app to count my steps. I emailed support after hours and first thing the next day they responded. Within hours IT was able to locate the issue and fix the count for that day. The next day they corrected the previous day counts that were off. It was truly amazing how quick they responded AND fixed the issue!
