I purchased an equa water bottle about 6 months ago. I loved it but unwisely returned it because it did not sync to my Fitbit I purchased a hydra spark 3 because it was so highly rated. After 3 months of frustration with the very intrusive giant sensor inside the hydra spark that was despite it's size incredibly inacurate. I realized my error and have now purchased 6 equa bottles for myself and family members . It's accuracy is amazing and being able to have ice water.. even better!

Stupidly I have bought 2 bottles neither will sync to the app. I have been trying all day to do it. It's not supposed to be this difficult to sync and customer service havent gotten back to me. The fact that the light is working would suggest there is nothing wrong with the bottle but infact with the app and pairing. Should have read the reviews before buying. If I can't get it to work will be returning them. As it stands very disappointed.

It connects to only 1 bottle! If you want to use it in the office and at home, you have to carry the same bottle back and forth! Even bluetooth tracking devices as small as Trackr can connect to multiple devices, but not this one. Strangely, nowhere this limitation is mentioned, not even when you purchase multiple bottles.

I use this app for non-smart water bottle just for tracking hydration since you also produce regular water bottels and the app looks great and is easy to use but the "connect bottle" pop-up is annoying and would be nice if it remembers my previous option not to pair any bottles to the app. Manually adding ml should be atleast 800ml since that's how big your bottles actually are - drinking one full bottle takes unnecessary many steps to add manual amount of water drank.

Very happy with the bottle and app! they work great together. Also, all the information you need about the bottle and use is in the app and very clear. definitely worth the wait!

The app does not sync anymore an extra button to sync whenever you want would be great. since 2 days is does not log the water I had. even after new pairing. Some 'help what if' video or text would be great!
