Your network search option on the application is absolutely horrendous, takes a lifetime of trying on it to find what hospitals are covered under different areas, would've definitely preferred an Excel sheet with all the needed data on it, would've surely been less torturing and also your helpline isn't that helpful at all....

A bad problem happens when you try to find the network. A lot of lists do not load correctly and need to Close it and open it again, very annoyeng. Not all the network updated and there are false numbers

I made all the requirements data for registration but it failed. invalid policy number and membership number and mobile number are wrong.

Medical Network doesn't work perfectly , when you start to search about clinic or doctor the answer is "there's no results " bad app doesn't fit Axa at all , finally I searched in vezeeta app and filtered by Axa
