KareHealth app helps overcome these challenges. It is a smart health monitoring application that allows a patient to record their health vitals, receive notifications / alerts of important events, view diets, add medicines, get reminders for their medicines, generate a health summary that can be shared with a doctor, etc.

Selfie Vitalstm: Using this feature, patients/users can add/view vital statistics and record health history and current vital statistics. Also, this feature adds to the timeline of each of the monitoring events.

Alerts / Reminders: This feature helps patients receive alerts for any out of range scenarios in vital signs measurements.

Video Call / Voice Call / Text Chat: These options help patients / care team members connect with each other when needed
