I love having all our information together and immediately available. I'm able to have all family members info in one spot but still seperated by person, so I don't have to look through everything to find one specific thing. You can do everything from the app. It was difficult for me to set up, but I'm not very good with technology so it might have just been me-but when I called for help the staff were smart and so nice to me, within a couple minutes I was all set and running right.

App worked great until a couple of weeks ago now all the pages are blank and I can't see my upcoming appointments.

Tried my first appointment today. Could not get my front camera to work, so I was left unseen for the entire time. Settings were correct. Sound also was very warbled towards the end and my provider had to hang up and call me to complete appointment. Not happy. Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and now get nothing but a blank screen.....

App doesn't work. Everything is blank despite knowing I have two upcoming appointments. There's no way to connect to do a video call, no way to request appointments, etc. Use the website instead of wasting time on this app.
