This is a awesome app, the tools are specific and there is a plethora of resources to get back on track. YOU MUST BE PART OF THE NETWORK-- APP IS FOR MEMBERS ONLY! Everyone leaving a bad review is most likely not a member of the Harris Center network. App is designed only for menebers and maybe should be part of the information for those browsing the play store. I think the app is excellent actually and think that is the cause of low scores in play store.

I thought this app would be better than it is. I like the mood tracker, but it gives no help to improve mood based on patterns. The videos are great, but limited in their ability to help. The idea of overcoming challenges is great, but there's no help to guide you along the way. It's about 1/4 of the way to where it needs to be. Uninstalling.

Every time I try to access the website through the app it crashes. I feel like the website has more content and is more tailored so what's the use of the app if you can't use the website through it. I want this to be a helpful service but it needs a lot of work.

I relapsed a few months ago. Lost my job Wreacked my car. I lost a lot real quick I was told about my streagth and downloaded the app on my phone. It has been a lot of help. I don't do it everyday like I should but it does help when needed.

You need a way to exit the app. And what are we supposed to do with this app anyway? It doesn't feel helpful, but I suppose that's the problem with self-help for the depressed...no energy or motivation to do it ourselves. That's life for you.

I selected I was tired (the sleepy kitty picture). I kid you not, the app asked if I'm suicidal! Definite bug in the system. Still interesting and I use it for fun purposes only
