Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FitIt for FitBit® on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

I like this app, nice smart look and easy to setup. I really like the main FitIt widget and I'm tempted to buy the Pro version..... The only improvement would be to be able to select which of the 11 displays it cycles through as there are some I'm just not interested in seeing - Cheers

Nice enough widgets to show real-time figures. But for me, I don't like how one cannot choose which aspects are shown; I only wanted food and activity, but I'm stuck with water, distance etc.

When you open the it all you get is the setting page. The fitbit widget is much better. Glad I didn't get the pro version.

The app is a widget, but it doesn't explain how to set it up clearly. Wouldn't know if the app/widget is good as I can't get it to work.
