Every time new content is added the app needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled in order to function! So I have uninstall and reinstall the app once every couple of months. I have brought this to MOSSAs attention 9 months ago and this glitch still has not been addressed.

The app does not work. I try to see if it works every month and every month it's the same thing. It works for ONE day, I download everything then it locks up and won't let me back in. I am constantly un-installing and re-instslling this app. It is a complete waste of time. Everyone keeps saying how they love that they can have the releases on their phones 🤦🏻‍♀️THAT WAS ALWAYS AN OPTION WITH THE DVD. This is def NOT better than the DVD. I would give it zero stars if I could.

The number of times this app crashes and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work is pure insanity. Thank goodness for the music codes because I've had this app freeze and glitch multiple times when trying to teach a class. Not reliable at all, even with the music downloaded for offline use. My suggestion is to use the music codes via email and use am independent music player and skip this app for anything other than watching the videos to learn the material if needed.

Unreliable Using both an iPhone and Samsung. IPhone seems to download tracks and videos easier, Samsung is really hard work to select and download. When downloaded music disappears randomly without warning. Can't access notes with iPhone. Both keep crashing or stop and won't reload unless uninstalled and reinstalled. Not convenient at all as it takes too much time to actually get to watch and practise, let alone the unreliability for teaching (always use the mp3 after receiving music codes)..

It's really time consuming to make a playlist. I wish the music from the release was already it's own playlist , instead of clicking on each song, adding, and saving. It takes so long before you can move to the next song. I'm spending 15 minutes to get 10 songs into a playlist to download

Terrible app. Releases don't play correctly. Tracks skip. I have to toggle Airplane Mode to get videos to play. I've submitted feedback with bugs with no response. Mossa, if you're going to force this on instructors, don't have a half-baked app..make sure it works.
