Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TM Training on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Huge fan of this app along with the old version of it, love being able to track my progress with the NSuns app without having to use a spreadsheet. Just wondering if it is possible to be able to delete old training maxes that I entered accidentally?

Workout tracker and log for saving and keeping track of your progress in the weightroom. Includes popular programs such as:
