I have an Air and Air Mini+, app shows the Air but won't connect to the Mini+. Can't order filters or activate auto refills. Might look into returning both if I can't get any help. Air filters are good but app is a joke.

v3.1.3 does not work with existing Molekules. It sits on the loading screen forever. There's also an Issue with WiFi setup. I have WPA3 enabled on my Wifi mesh (eero) and the only way to resolve was to disable this.

Unacceptable ... always problems with this app. So much potential down the tubes cause it rarely works properly. Molekule, would you please get it together and invest into your app so it works? You'd sell a lot more units if you fixed it. Thanks.

This app has never really worked well but now won't work at all. It just spins when I open it. It also has never had notifications to remind me that my filters need changing which is pretty ridiculous. When you spend this much money on an air purifier that's supposed to be smart, you expect it to actually be smart. It's recommend another air purifier.

I am a huge fan of Molekule as a product, however the app is a different story. Constant crashes, my devices never load, and the only way to reset filter status is to use the app. Because of this, if we want an accurate status of the new filter, we have to wait until the app works. Please fix the constant crashes and errors so I can use your products again.

Just adding to the list. App worked fine for me until last October. I figured an OS update bug just needed to be worked out. Reafing reviews, I see, no it's not just me. All the neg reviews for so long tells you one thing--the company doesn't care...so we have to question the purifier itself, right? Another reviewer highly recommends dyson...effective purifier, more info, working app, less money.
