Device takes ages to connect, apart from steps it's not recording anything else, and the 'help' button just tells you it's waterproof (so no help at all)

I have been wearing my fitpolo 707 for two weeks and it has lost its Bluetooth connection three times. I've tried dozens of times to repair the Bluetooth connection to the device and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, and reset the bracelet several times, losing the data I want it to track. I'm very unhappy. Considering returning the device because it won't stay connected more than a couple of days at a time.

The app an wrist unit do not syn well they don't accurately reflect my steps by hundreds of steps so I don't trust the other data. I regret my purchase. I could not get the app and wrist unit to work for several days and sent email to the address on the list in the app and waiyrd 2fays for an answer. It took numerous trying to get the things to work. Also the charger fell apart with in the week of purchase. I had to figure out how to put it back together. I should have bought a pedometer at the dollar store.

The sleep tracker in the watch is perfect. it tracks almost to the minute when i went to sleep and got up and when i moved around at night. unfortunatly the step counter doesnt work well for bike riding and the app leaves a lot to be desired sure i can see when i was asleep but i cant do anything based on that info in the app. alarms for lucid dreaming during deep sleep for example would be great or different goals for heart rate and other activities besides walking.

Pretty good for the price. My 2 concerns are that the step counter isn't that accurate, it takes time for the device to realize I started walking... And the activity records cannot track my cycling activity (2hours a day) . Wish I could add "additional activities" as swimming and cycling, even manually through the app, to get a more accurate calory estimate.
