The declaration for entering the country is HORRIFIC!! it doesn't work. Has clearly never been tested. Cannot upload certificate of vaccination from before February 22. Buggy. Not geared towards travelers. Every time one scrolls away it erases all your data. The formatting is absurd. Desperately, desperately in the need of QA. And there's no way to get someone to help or chat in case the form doesn't work. Two thumbs down, would not recommend.

This app is a nightmare... It cannot recognize my passport number with all possible combination that I had from Meuhedet. Meuhedet blames the MoH and MoH asks me to inquire Meuhedet. What a health system they have in here.

It doesn't let me get my vaccination permit, it says there are errors in the details, but there isn't and I can get at my HMO's website. It also has an annoying icon at the notification tray that appears only when I am not using my phone, I don't know why this app is always on and I don't like it at all. With it not letting me forget about it and not doing the one thing I have it for, in my opinion it's quite a garbage app. The app's English description is scuffed as well.

Unable to open on to the green passport

Very long loading time, and mostly annoying is that my green passport is getting disappeared every now and then. Forcing me to re-enter all of my personal info over and over again just to show this stupid animation to whoever is asking.
