Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Combat Warrior on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

No schedule printing anymore. Just use the app and it's working pretty well.

I don't have to print out my schedules anymore. I can't lost it or somehow need it up. This app is awesome.

Too expensive for what it does. I'd happily pay if you guys can add all exercises within a given day's workout routine

Combat Warrior is a fully functional digital notebook to help track your Combat home workouts (and hybrids). Punch it! Track It! Print it!

- Ultimate Warrior hybrid workout schedule.


Combat Warrior features include (but not limited to):
- Track your workout dates not calendar days (Life happens! Bend your schedule don't break it!)
- Track the time you performed the workout.
- Are you following the modifiers? Track it! Intensity Level Normal, Modified, Mixed
Some days you have to modify to stay in the game. You are still moving forward :)
- Add a note, a Focus Point (yeah that's my phrase) to each workout. Rough day? Bad recoup?
- Rate the difficulty level of workout. This does change even for the same workout - explain in your notes.
- What's my next workout?... Les Combat Warrior will remind you. Option to set reminder.
- Profile will show Your Next Workout.


Track your progress with Focus Points*:
- Add photos to every measurement day!
- Record your measurements: Weight (Chest, Arm, Waist, Hips, Thigh, Neck)
- Total Measurements: Automatically calculates/tracks measurements to show overall change.
- Share your progress!!! email/txt, etc., Be proud of your work!

*Focus Points is one of our inside app apps :) - a mini app if you will.

****Note: Please enter all measurements as a whole number or a number decimal. Do not add commas. ie., Use 25.50 not 25,50. Some local keyboards override current filtering - Known Android bug ***

Write access to external storage is needed to create a "LesCombatWarrior" folder and export your Fitness Reports and Measurement data reports to this folder.
