Dieta colesterol te ayudará a aumentar el colesterol bueno (HDL) y a bajar el colesterol malo (LDL) a base de consejos y proporcionándote información sobre los alimentos más recomendados y los que debes intentar evitar como por ejemplo vísceras, carnes rojas, mariscos, hamburguesas, pasteles y huevos en exceso.

Mantener unos niveles óptimos de colesterol y triglicéridos en tu nutrición junto al ejercicio es fundamental para prevenir el infarto de corazón y otros accidentes cardiovasculares como el ictus.

En la app se indica para cada grupo de alimentos ( pescado, carne, leche, fruta... ) cuales están recomendados, que alimentos hay que consumir moderadamente y cuales están restringidos para personas que tienen el colesterol alto y todo ello sin tener que llevar dietas estrictas.

También se proporciona una dieta o menú semanal de comida saludable para que puedas seguirlo día a día con el fin de bajar o mantener tu colesterol en los valores normales necesarios para poder disfrutar de una buena salud.
