Frustrating! I was able to log in without difficulty. But, then discovered that most buttons just open a web browser page. I don't need an app to do that so it's pretty useless. But most frustrating is the fact that the Check Claims/EOB link, requires a Unicare password which it doesn't recognize and continually responds with error messages, making this app completely useless. I've tried this app several times since it's release and it only gotten worse, not better. I'm deleting it for the last

This is web based in an app or react native which isnt any better. You see a progress circle a lot and ot it slow. There is a lot of content but the navigation menu structure is horrible. The Android back button takes me to different place. Why have a footer nav bar (an iOS style) and a hamburger menu (Android style). Also, if you say the text field is optional, do not error out saying the optional field is required. That's just bad app product management, bad development, bad QA, and bad UX.

This is a very buggy app. 1. I have no clue what the raffle tickets are for and if I try to find out it cycles me back to the home screen. 2. The points earned, who knows what that's for... I tried to find out but it sent me to unclickable screen with no information. Is there a "shop" or something? 3. It keeps crashing. The only reason why it's getting 2/5 stars is because it works well to give me my gift cards that I earned. I would love to see this app become really good, it has potential.

This app is actual trash. Glitchy and slow. Needs an update. Every time you "log" an action, it takes forever to load. Got a samsung s22 and 5g service and / or wifi 6, so dont say it's my phone. If the employer didn't require me to use it, I would never ever, ever, ever use it again.

First impressions = if this wasn't required by employer it would be deleted. Every click in app seems to open webpage in browser app, not this app. Not what I'd expect from a professional health app. It leaves browser pages open to health info. There is no way to get ID card if you don't already have it with you. Webpage times out and you get to start again!

This app pairs with very few devices. I really want to be able to use it without manually logging everything. you can't simply input your steps, but have to input time you spent doing the activity. I wished it paired with my gear fit.
