About this app

MobileFiT Get On Board is an app that provides a member acquisition/onboarding solution for participating fitness centers and YMCAs, with the goal of significantly increasing member retention.

MobileFiT Get On Board enables a paperless tablet-driven process for engaging prospects, converting them to members, and then seamlessly managing the onboarding process and ongoing wellness planning. It integrates with your facility’s existing membership software, making data collection easy for your staff, and comfortable for the member.

The app offers:

• Tracking of all new prospect data using fully customizable member intake surveys

• Integration with the MobileFit web-based scheduling platform – your front desk and wellness staff can easily set appointments for your new members – and generate automatic text notifications that reduce no show rates

• The ability to assign wellness programs tailored to each member’s preferences and goals, as well as strategies for addressing their identified barriers

• Integration with the MobileFit Assist app allowing members to follow their individual exercise plan and track their weekly goals and barrier strategies using their smartphones

• Metrics so that the management team can analyze and visualize operational performance – including new membership sales, effectiveness of member engagement, personal training performance, and retention of newly onboarded members

From the moment a prospective member walks in your door, they are met with a completely different experience than the traditional new prospect tour. No more annoying forms to fill out. Get On Board is built around the science of onboarding new members and is focused on maximizing their chances of success.

This app requires a login at participating facilities using MobileFit.
