This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Zedony Quran on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

This is a new Quran app which in the long term aims to be simple, intuitive, feature-full.

It was originally developed for personal use since all other similar apps do not share the same concepts.

Now it is still in an early development phase but it is still distinguished by intuitive bookmarking that can very useful in Ramadan when one reads Quran wholly several times simultaneously.

Quran recitation is not available at the moment but is planned to be added soon.

It does not require an Internet connection or permissions to work, and of course, does not contain any ads whatsoever.

Having old experience with Quran applications development for desktop PCs and PDAs since the late 1990s, a long list of features and enhancements has been prepared, and a new version of the app is expected to bring new features in one to two months, so be patient and keep tuned.

For the app to start rolling in Ramadan, sorry for the current graphic content of the app. It will change soon!
