It works just like the the companion app for visits 360, my Cam is the dvr978hd, I couldn't connect for awhile, It turned out to be the preferred network type, I switched the automatic over to GSM/UMTS, and finally connected after 3 days of reading watching videos and trying almost everything, and the companion app would let me control the camera, but not upload or view, after I took some advice I downloaded this app and proceeded to do a happy dance when I watched my first 360 video come to life. Thank you for working.

I bought the Immerse 360 duo from a clearance sale. I've tried over and over again to connect the camera to the app. Nothing happens just a message telling me to connect the camera even though it sees it in the wifi list. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever come across. Is there a help firum somewhere3
